Returns & Exchanges Policy

If there is a defect or a technical issue with your watch, you may exchange or return your watch within 7 days of receiving it. Returns are subject to Fragranceloft.pk Return Merchandise Authorization.

Please note that “Change of mind” or “Disliking a fragrance” will not be accepted as a reason for return and exchange.

Your total refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping. Some Fragranceloft.pk  fragrance may be considered special and have a limited return policy. To avoid rejection of returned fragrance or restocking costs, all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if given), and packing materials must be in new condition.

Products are eligible for Return and Exchange if:

  • Fragranc(es) are returned within 7 Days of receiving.
  • Fragranc(es) are in new condition.
  • Fragranc(es) are in their original packaging. Packaging must be undamaged.
  • Fragranc(es) includes all packing material, manuals, and accessories (if provided).
  • Shipped via insured ground service with a tracking number.
  • Please note that:
    • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Fragranceloft.pk is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
    • Please note that in the event of a refund, a transaction fee of 5% will be deducted for purchases made through online payment methods or the point-of-sale system.
    • Warranty card provided by Fragrance Loft is mandatory to claim warranty.

To be eligible for a return or Refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can not return products which are damaged by customer, unless customer has a proof that it came damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or Discounted Articles or Discount Code used order.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 350PKR will be charged for exchange of an item with new one.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, after approval 25% will be deducted from original amount and rest of the amount will be transferred to customer’s proffered payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
